Contact support
Signed-in users can send structured feedback from Settings without leaving Thabit. If you cannot access the app, email admin@smallworld.ca with the platform you are using, the action you were taking, and what happened.
Do not include passwords, sign-in codes, voice recordings, or Quran text. Screenshots should be cropped to remove unrelated personal information.
Account help
For sign-in or account-access issues, include the email connected to the account and the exact error shown. Account deletion is available from Settings in the app and from the public account-deletion page if you no longer have app access.
Report a content issue
Quran content is not yet available in the production product. When verified content ships, the report action beside visibly rendered content will bind the numeric ayah identifier and exact content-release identifier automatically. It will accept only a structured text, ayah-boundary, or Arabic-rendering symptom and will not send the displayed Quran text. The action remains unavailable for unverified, hidden, or unavailable content. Do not retype a verse into email.
Security, privacy, and accessibility
Use the same support address for privacy requests, suspected security issues, inaccessible controls, Arabic layout problems, or screen-reader failures. Describe impact and reproduction steps without sending secrets or private recordings.
